A visual time capsule is created as an effort to preserve what evidence we have left of our pasts—the family folktales, pursuits, and traditions we actively keep alive. Much like myths or legends, each photograph is an act of storytelling; they showcase the importance and uniqueness each figure and environment holds for the purpose of a future generation to interpret and carry on.
